These popsicles are like frozen fat bombs. They are made with just a few simple ingredients, completely vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and virtually sugar-free. Sweetened with just the right amount of stevia it will curb that sweet craving and keep you satisfied with all the fabulous healthy fats. You will love how smooth, creamy and chocolatey they are! I bet these will be your go-to summer guiltless treat.
Makes 4 Popsicles
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 ripe avocado (about 75g)
1 Tbsp cacao powder
10-15 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia (more or less depending on your preference)
1 Tbsp cacao nibs
Blend coconut milk, avocado, cacao powder and stevia until smooth and creamy. Stir in cacao nibs.Fill popsicle molds.Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
